How do I Register for a course?
- Click the register button – you will be redirected to ce.mayo.edu
- You will be prompt to create an account/profile ( This is very important for maintaining your accreditation and attendance records).
- Instructions on how to build a Profile for a Non-Mayo Clinic Staff Member
- Search for courses either in the top search bar or look through Find a Course.
- within in the course website click the register tab, add the course to your cart by click the register now button
- Continue to check out and complete billing and credit card information
How do I claim CME credits
**Note: not all courses will offer CME credit. If the course offers CME credit the available number of CME hours will published in the course description and registration website.
1) Go to: http://ce.mayo.edu
2) Click Log In (upper right)
3) Click My Account
4) Click “My Courses” tab
5) Click “Registered Courses” tab
6) Click Course title
7) Click “Start” tab
8) Click “Start” blue button
9) Follow steps on screen to complete evaluations and claim the correct number of credit hours.

What is the cancellation policy?
Request for cancellations must be submitted in writing to email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org. When cancelling a registration for a course 14 days or more before the course start date, a full refund (minus a $75 administrative fee) will be issued in the same form of payment the registration was received. No refunds are granted less than 14 days before the course start date.

Are private courses for a group of attendees available?
Yes, private and custom courses are available upon request. Please send email to: email@example.com. Please include the following information in your email:
- Course Specialty
- Estimate number of attendees
- Time frame of course event date
- Length of course event (ex: 3 days)
- Mayo Clinic Location: Rochester MN, Jacksonville FL, Phoenix AZ
- Company background
- Contact information: phone number and email
